What services do you offer?

Do you provide free quotations?
Yes, we offer free for first round, no-obligation quotations based on your project requirements and site evaluation.
Are you licensed and insured
Yes, we are a licensed renovation company in Malaysia.
How long will my renovation project take?
Project duration depends on the scope of work, site conditions, and material availability. We provide estimated timelines in the quotation and keep clients updated throughout the project.
Can I make changes after the project has started?
Yes, changes or variations are possible but may affect the timeline and cost. All changes must be approved in writing before implementation.
What happens if the project is delayed?
We strive to adhere to the agreed timeline. Delays may occur due to weather, material supply, or third-party factors.
How are payments structured?
Payments are usually made in stages: booking, deposit, progress payments and final payment prior practical completion/installation. Exact payment schedules are provided in the quotation and contract.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are generally not provided once work has started or materials have been purchased.
Do you provide a warranty for your work?

What if I find defects after the warranty period has ended?
Any defects reported after the warranty period has expired will be handled as additional works and may incur charges.
What do I need to prepare before renovation starts?
You should ensure site access, clear the work area, and obtain any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed.
Can I stay at home during the renovation?
Yes, but we recommend coordinating with us for safety and convenience, especially for extensive works.
Can I choose my own materials?
Yes, clients may select materials. For special orders or custom items, we advise early selection to avoid delays.
Who is responsible for defective materials?
We will inspect and ensure quality of supplied materials. Defective materials will be replaced in accordance with the warranty and supplier terms.
