Terms & Conditions
Services

We provide renovation, home furnishing related services subject to separate Quotations, Agreements, and Contracts.

All project details, scope of work, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in writing.

Any variation or additional work may be subject to additional charges.

Project timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, material delays, site conditions). The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by third parties, weather, or unforeseen events / natural disasters / government restrictions or regulations.
Payment Terms

Booking fee RM 1000.00 to be paid within 3 days upon confirmation of the Quotation.

Quotations are valid for the period stated.

50% deposit must be paid within 3 months after the booking fee. Failing which, the booking fee will be forfeited.

3D images will be shared with owner after receiving the 50% Deposit.

Limited 3 times revision and after that will charge based on consultation fee.

Booking Fee will be forfeited for any cancellation job by owner.

Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work.
Mode of Payment
-
1 st : 50% Deposit upon confirmation

2nd: 30% Payment upon delivery material to site

3 rd: 20% Balance 1 week before delivery work
Variations: (Any changes to agreed work)

Must be confirmed in writing.

May affect cost and timeline.

Will only proceed upon client approval.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Summer Love Marketing Sdn. Bhd and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Termination
By Client, the client may terminate the contract by:

Providing written notice.

Paying for all completed work and costs incurred up to the termination date.
By Company, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend work if

Payments are not made on time.

The client breaches any material terms.

Site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. (Any costs incurred up to termination shall remain payable)
