At times, a return or an exchange may be deemed necessary when the goods purchased are not up to expectation or satisfaction. When a return or exchange is made, we at Summer Love will be ready to adhere to the return and refund policy at all times.

- When there is a need to return a product, kindly contact us at [email protected] within 7 days upon receiving your purchased goods. Please attach with Order Number for tracking purposes.
- Upon confirmation on the goods required to be returned due to faulty merchandise / size error / other reasonable factor, Summer Love Marketing Sdn. Bhd. will refund in STORE CREDIT term to enable you with your next purchase.
- We accept the returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. All cost to return is to be borne by customer.
- We also do not accept merchandise with hang-tag removed or items that are worn and washed
- Product colour may slightly vary to actual merchandise due to photography lighting sources and screen colour. At www.summerlove.co we will try out best to adjust the merchandise colour closest to actual. However, buyer should accept the slight difference on merchandise colour and request on product exchange / return due to colour difference is NOT ACCEPTED.
- Due to hygiene purposes – scarves, accessories, personalized merchandise are strictly NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE
